{ Account Coordinator }



Dreamentia Creative Laboratories is seeking The Bomb:  a personable, organized, eager-to-succeed Account Coordinator to join our small team of dedicated marketing advermarketeers in basically, well, everything.


In a nutshell, we’re looking for a part-time Account Coordinator who’s a little bit of everything: ambitious, aspiring, bombish, confident, determined, dynamic, earnest, energetic, enterprising, enthusiastic, kind, nimble, persuasive, resolute, sharp, strong, and warmhearted – who’s longing for a small, hands-on environment in which they can – and will – make an immediate explosive impact on both our clients’ businesses as well as our own little shop. We’re seeking someone who can teach us all a thing or two, yet who endeavors to learn and grow continuously – never content to sit still – and always excited to launch themselves beyond enemy walls. Not to mention someone who’s got MarketingDNA burning down their wick.

And if you’re a big-rig lover, coffee aficionado, financial fanatic, DTLA devotee, and/or a proud member of the Natural Hair Movement – you’re half the way there. Ability to make fire with stones and/or dynamite from soda cans and staplers would be an added bonus.

But possibly most importantly, we’re looking for an Account Coordinator who has a sense of humor and is a nice, warm, fun, admirable, caring person that we can welcome into our scurvy crew. Because, while we work extremely hard, we still strongly believe that finding the right “fit” is as much about personality as it is about talent.


POSITION: This is a part-time position requiring 20-24 hours per week. Specific weekly schedule to be determined.

LOCATION: Our office is located in Downtown Los Angeles, but we are currently operating in an all-remote environment and will be doing so for the foreseeable future. So while we are looking for someone in the Los Angeles area, this is a remote position.

COMPENSATION: Between $20 and $22/hour.


The right candidate will:

  • Have high energy, excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Be able to project-manage multiple, diverse accounts in multiple, diverse categories
  • Be familiar (and comfortable) with project management platforms, Quickbooks, and other online administrative tools
  • Have a knack for being where you need to be before anyone else realizes you need the there
  • Have a good grasp of email-etiquette, note-taking, proofing and editing, and the all-important written word
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in some kind of Marketing-ish field
  • Have the uncanny ability to always know what’s going on in a client’s industry before the client does
  • Be blessed with an entrepreneurial spirit as well as leadership genes
  • Have the ability to participate in and contribute to small internal meetings as well as large new business pitches
  • Possess a brain with both creative and strategic lobes
  • Be good under pressure, with the ability to work as a team, independently and proactively in a very small agency environment
  • Have detail-oriented and strong communications skills (duh)
  • Be self-starting, outgoing, and come heavily armed with a take-no-prisoners mentality
  • Have a genuinely nice disposition and not take yourself too seriously
  • Have a desire to find a small, creative home to grow in as opposed to a big, corporate ladder to climb
  • Know your way around a Mac extremely well (sorry, no PC’s here)
  • And of course, be The Bomb

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support and project planning for a wide variety of initiatives as needed, including brand development, content creation, campaign launches, social media & website support
  • Coordinating and communicating with clients, creative + account team, and vendors
  • Prioritizing and managing tasks
  • Creating invoices and estimates
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Founder of the agency
  • Conduct research as needed
  • Assisting with new ideas and strategies for business development
