Dedicated to spreading the benefits of meditation to as many people as possible, The DEN Meditation enlists Dreamentia to help bring the vision – along with a thriving community – to life.

The DEN MeditationLOS ANGELES, CA – In the heart of one of the world’s busiest cities lies an oasis of serenity.

The DEN Meditation studio offers Angelenos a multitude of meditation classes in a calming and welcoming environment to escape from the bustle of everyday life. Expert instructors aim to guide everyone from beginners to veteran meditators through practices that bring peace and balance.

Owner Tal Rabinowitz sought to offer the ease and accessibility of meditation to those around her after feeling the benefits of meditation in her own life. Tal, a former Executive Vice President at NBC Entertainment, began developing the idea for The DEN back in 2011 after beginning a regular meditation practice, and dedicating 20 minutes a day for her team to practice together. After realizing how difficult it can be to maintain a consistent meditation practice in a busy home, the idea of The DEN started to come to life. Tal believes that a comfortable environment and easy to follow instructions help new practitioners and veteran meditators enjoy a consistent meditation practice.

“Meditation has become a staple in my life. It is now my grounding force, my spotlight, and my vacation. Meditation centers me. It gives me clarity. It gives me energy. And the more I meditate, the more the world around me—and my purpose within it—makes sense.” – Tal Rabinowitz

She came to Dreamentia with just a vision and a name: The DEN Meditation.

Dreamentia helped The DEN pursue Tal’s ultimate goal to “Come as you are, leave feeling better.” From developing the brand from the bottom up and laying the foundation for an all-out brand expansion – from signage, web and mobile app development to a retail store and PR, The DEN, which was once just a vision became a reality in less than 6 months.

“As a creative agency, it’s always exciting when we’re invited to work with brands from the ground up, and we’re thrilled about this new partnership with Tal,” said Jameca Lyttle, Dreamentia Sr. Account Executive. “To be a partner in both the development and growth of The DEN is an honor. Contributing to the profound impact it will ultimately have within the health and wellness community throughout the city of Los Angeles – well that’s a privilege.”

All of DCL’s branding efforts combined with Tal’s hands-on approach and guidance, created a concept of a peaceful practice that doesn’t require major life changes. The fruit of labor was evident in The DEN’s star-studded January launch, which was greatly received by the city. It included press coverage ranging from The New York Times Style Magazine to The Huffington Post. Guests were invited to experience the space, mingle with the owner, and experience a class, all while enjoying offerings provided by local wellness businesses such as Health-Ade Kombucha and the My Intent jewelry.

Since its opening, The DEN has developed an impressive repertoire of meditation classes and workshops with no two classes alike so “DENizens” are guaranteed to find the practice that works best for them. The “drop-in” nature of DEN classes allow for individuals to unwind in a short amount of time when their schedules allow. The DEN Meditation continues to add numerous workshops and guest instructors to broaden the scope of meditation practices available to DENizens.

Whether you are a regular, or are trying meditation for the first time, there is room for you to experience how meditation can transform your life. The studio’s location on La Brea Avenue presents a welcoming atmosphere, which lends itself as a central escape for the busiest of people.

Aside from daily classes, the studio continues to pick up momentum with its Services sector, which includes Corporate Offerings, Design Consultation, DEN Kids and Party packages that are customized for individual and business needs.

With its wide reach to the Los Angeles community and commitment to offering an assortment of impactful practices, The DEN has quickly become the epitome of convenient meditation and wellness that it envisioned to be.
