a. THE SHORT STORY

Having relocated from Paris, French skincare specialist and Aesthetician, Brigitte Beasse, launched an exclusive line of cosmetics and began working in Beverly Hills with the likes of Christophe Salon and The Ko’An Center, with a need to drive both in-spa traffic and online sales.

2. NOW:

After the creation and rollout of the brand, its packaging, and an ecommerce website, a grassroots marketing program was assembled and executed. With tactics including email, social media, and direct mail, the combined efforts helped establish Brigitte as the new “Aesthetician to Hollywood,” with celebrity clients including Uma Thurman, Patricia Arquette, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Alexis Bledel. This past year, as a direct result of the brand’s success, Brigitte Beauté launched her very own luxurious Beverly Hills salon, and today continues to be sought out for both its luxurious spa treatments as well as the Brigitte Skincare Collection.

After a successful and lucrative career in Paris, French skincare specialist and Aesthetician, Brigitte Beasse, set her sights on the United States and relocated to Beverly Hills. Working with contemporaries such as Christophe Salon and The Ko’An Center in Los Angeles’ most exclusive zip code, she opened her own salon & spa and shortly thereafter launched an exclusive line of cosmetics and a skincare products.

Aligning French sensibilities with a high-end US-based consumer market, however, was not an easy task. The linguist turned aesthetician needed to drive both in-spa traffic and online sales while remaining true to the essence of what made her French-born brand so unique.

{ THE WHAT }

Dreamentia resculpted and restructured a corporate identity for Brigitte Beauté that amplified its unique perspective while at the same time reflected the personality of Brigitte herself. Through a pure, polished, and pink image, the Brigitte Beauté brand took on a consistent, professional, yet personalized persona inspired by Brigitte’s warm and soothing personality.

An email marketing plan was developed and implemented throughout the year, focusing on seasonal specials and holiday deals. A social media campaign was built from the ground up, creating a voice for Brigitte and her brand to share, educate, and inspire those who discovered her unique Parisian-based expertise in all things skincare related. Taking inspiration from Brigitte’s French sensibilities, Dreamentia helped expand upon the brand’s packaging that had been designed specifically to create a clean, simple, and hi-end feel to the entire line of skincare products.

With the priority of increasing online sales, the website was redesigned to better utilize and exploit the home page, allowing for special offers, deals, and seasonal specials to be featured in simple yet impactful ways. Website promotions were linked to email marketing campaigns as well as social media channels to create a complete, integrated digital presence. Other tactics included direct mail, in-salon gift certificates, and an aggressively promoted gift card campaign.

{ THE SO WHAT }

The combined efforts helped establish Brigitte Beasse as the new “Aesthetician to Hollywood,” and created an intensely loyal and appreciative client-base. She is often referred to as more than just a skin care specialist, but as an artist in both beauty and health. In addition to Beverly Hills and surrounding community regulars, celebrity clients have included A-List names such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Patricia Arquette, and Uma Thurman.

As a direct result of the brand’s success, Brigitte Beauté launched its very own luxurious flagship Beverly Hills salon, where clients come for what has become known as The Brigitte Experience: Luxurious spa treatments, Brigitte’s warm and soothing personality, unparalleled professionalism, and a one-of-a-kind touch that can best be described as trés magique.
