This move is also personal. Dreamentia’s founder and Chief Creative Officer, Jim Olen, was born in Belmont, Massachusetts and is a UMass Amherst alum. Jim cut his teeth in New York advertising for nearly two decades, brought the first Macintosh II into his agency’s studio in the 80s, and helped lead national campaigns for brands like Häagen-Dazs, Major League Baseball, NatWest Bank, Arbor Mist, Scotts, AAMCO, and the Red Cross. He led or contributed to high profile new business pitches for Mercedes-Benz, Subway, Sheraton, and Jockey among others. That mix of creative drive and practical execution is the foundation of how we operate today across Boston, Western Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
